At Global Pathways Institute for Caregiver Readiness, we provide free access to CNA training resources and comprehensive wraparound support for immigrants, refugees, and marginalized communities in Houston.
We help applicants find trusted Certified Nurse Assistant programs, navigate the application process, and prepare for long-term success in caregiving careers. Our services—including career coaching, language & culture support, and job placement assistance—are offered at no cost to eligible participants.

Our mission is rooted in two core goals:
